I am a retired practitioner and now a Cultural Consultant with Just Psychology since 2014.
I hold a Master's degree in Primary Health Care from University of Manchester. I qualified as a registered nurse in Zambia and I have additional qualifications in Nursing Education, BSc Degree with a major in community health.
I worked as a matron of a private nursing home, a case worker with African Caribbean Mental Health Service, a member of the teaching staff in the faculty of education at the University of Manchester.
My last job was with Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust as a bridge builder working with people recovering from mental ill health.
I am a member of Age Friendly Assembly, a member of Manchester University NHS foundation trust, a Culture Ambassador with One Manchester, on time banking with Southway and a member of naturally occurring retired community (NORC) run by Southway.
