At Just Psychology, our training aims to help professionals to develop their awareness, knowledge, skills, and confidence in working with children and families from black and minority ethnic communities and to innovate and share knowledge and expertise.
We developed and delivered a two-year training course for school staff across Salford to increase schools' capacity to effectively meet the holistic needs of International New Arrival (INA) children by training key staff in counselling support and ethnic minority best practice.
