Manuella Essaka

Manuella Essaka MSc is a Digital Transformation Consultant and the CEO and Founder of 3E Web Media Ltd. She has helped 300+ organisations across 30+ countries incrementally adopt IT (from websites and media to data and AI) to streamline processes and optimise operations without losing sight of the critical content or the crucial human factor. 

Manuella's genuine passion is for developing individual talent and potential. As an educator, mentor and coach, she acts as a strategic adviser to boards of directors and as a sounding board and guide to a growing list of mentees and participants, using her decades of insight to empower every learner to reconnect with their dreams, mind their skills gap, navigate a demystified job market with genuine confidence, and realise the sheer scale of their potential. With organisations such as MEaP (Making Education a Priority) and G.I.F.T., she has been helping to upskill or reskill the Greater Manchester unemployed and underemployed force to help them return to work, with a holistic programme built around digital skills, health and wellbeing and career skills.

Manuella is also one of the Directors of G.I.F.T., a charity that has been facilitating social inclusion in its community for 22+ years and a member of the Just Psychology advisory Board, an organisation that has been tackling psychological health inequalities through high quality services and systemic education.
